ATOS is looking for: a Cost Estimation Technician

Missions

Reporting to the Team Leader for Presses, Re-working, and Cutting, you will:

• Ensure production in accordance with the documents (ranges, plans, and operating procedures) associated with the manufacturing order.
• Call or create a program or modify an existing program
• Set the machines according to specific parameters and adjust the settings.
• Choose the right tools for the job, assemble them, and clean them.
• Create a prototype, validate it, and/or have it validated.
• Perform frequent checks to prevent problems.
• Analyze production orders (PO) and take into account observations on the press phase.
• Apply the processes, procedures, and instructions associated with the quality system.
• Use the most suitable handling equipment available for the job and for which authorization has been issued (forklifts, etc.).
• Perform level 1 maintenance on machines (lubrication, cleaning, slide)
• Report on your activity

Profile

• Thorough knowledge of technical documents, drawings, etc. is mandatory.
• Ability to use metrology equipment
• Knowledge of materials
• Manual dexterity and skill
• Knowledge of mechanical adjustment
• Be comfortable with computers
• Organizational skills
• Rigor
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowing how to make program changes
• Experience desired in cutting profiles or tubes, shears, hacksaws, Kaltenbach

Permanent contract – Daily rate – Hourly rate between €13.20 and €14.20.
