HD active cold door

Rack equipped with a water-cooled door capable of housing up to 100 kW or 45 kW of equipment (depending on the model selected) without heating the exhaust air and without disrupting server ventilation.
The warm air exiting the servers is cooled by a chilled water heat exchanger housed in the rear door. Fans compensate for pressure drops caused by the cooling coil.

Benefits

Air flow regulation by measuring the differential pressure between the rack and the room, and adjusting the exchanger flow rate to the actual server flow rate: no disruption to the equipment's own regulation.
- Water flow regulation by 2 or 3-way proportional valve:
- Output temperature selected by setpoint assigned via PLC or supervision.
- No jerking of water circuit pumps: constant overall flow.
