HD active cold door

A cabinet equipped with a hydro-cooled door to house up to 45 kW of equipment without heating the air leaving the cabinet, and without disturbing server ventilation.
Heated air leaving the servers is cooled by a chilled-water exchanger housed in the rear door. Fans compensate for load losses due to the battery.

Benefits

Air flow regulation by measuring the differential pressure between the rack and the room, and adjusting the exchanger flow rate to the actual server flow rate: no disruption to the equipment's own regulation.
- Water flow regulation by 2 or 3-way proportional valve:
- Output temperature selected by setpoint assigned via PLC or supervision.
- No jerking of water circuit pumps: constant overall flow.
